SmartClear II Pro
是全球獨一最具效能的主動式(Active) 組織澄清透明化電泳系統, 結合Stochastic Electrotransport (PNAS 2015) 與 Electrophoresis (Cell 2013), 專利技術, 全球唯一的全自動整合型 (All in One) 組織澄清透明化電泳處理設備. 

CLARITY 技術是一種將完整組織以化學轉型 (chemical transformation) 方式變成組織水凝膠混合體 (hydrogel-tissue hybrid) 的流程,使生物軟組織樣品 (如, 腦, 肝, 脾臟, 心臟 .. 等器官) , 轉換為澄清透明狀態, 並且維持組織內的細部結構及分子組成,(也因為去除脂質) 可讓任何光源更容易穿透,不僅可以獲得更高的成像品質, 也可獲得更深層的器官組織的清晰成像, 此一成果, 也讓應用各種螢光染劑在完整組織上。此技術已取代腦切片的成像研究. 類似的組織澄清技術包括 SWITCH, MAP.

SmartClear II Pro電泳槽內 (ETC) 可以控制樣本的旋轉, 讓長時間的電場均勻分散與穿透樣本, 不會造成樣本破壞, 不會引起蛋白質的流失. 同時, 獨立分開的澄清與冷卻溶液, 可以精確的控溫, 提高澄清效果.

Optical Clearing Solution

Our 500-mL bottle can be used for up to 12 whole mouse brains or 200+ 1 mm-thick tissue sections! EasyIndex is the most economical option guaranteeing best refractive index matching results (RI = 1.52 standard; RI = 1.46 available on request). Intact tissues are rendered optically transparent and are optimally prepared for volumetric imaging with SmartSPIM or other microscopes.
